Recommending FIRST READING of Bill 33, CD1 (2025), to amend the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget by amending Appendix A, Part II, Special Purpose Revenues - Schedule of Revolving/Special Funds for Fiscal Year 2025, Affordable Housing Fund, by: 1) increasing the Estimated Balance as of 6/30/2024 by $11,892,593 and adjusting the total accordingly; and 2) adding a new condition 11 for up to $650,000 to be used for a grant to A0746 Lahaina, L.P., for pre-development costs for the Kaiaulu O Napili Affordable Housing Project located at tax map key (2) 4-3-001:096, Nāpili, Maui, Hawaiʻi.
