Recommending FIRST READING of Resolution 24-96, CD1, to place on the next General Election ballot the question of whether the Revised Charter of the County of Maui (1983), as amended, should be amended, effective July 1, 2025, to allow members of boards, committees, and commissions to be reappointed for a second term to the same board, committee, or commission, regardless of the length of the members’ previous term.
