Recommending ADOPTION of Resolution 24-50, CD1, to authorize the Council Chair to issue a Request for Proposals and contract for the preparation of a comprehensive West Maui Master Plan that identifies public infrastructure, road improvements, and road extension needs to address the redevelopment of wildfire-affected areas in Lahaina, consistent with the West Maui Community Plan and with input from West Maui residents.
