Recommending FIRST READING of Bill 35, CD1 (2024) to amend the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget, Appendix A, Part II, Special Purpose Revenues - Schedule of Revolving /Special Funds for Fiscal Year 2024, Affordable Housing Fund, by deleting the conditional language for Ka Hale A Ke Ola Homeless Resource Centers, Inc. and the Kuikahi Village Workforce Housing Project, and adding new appropriations for loans for the Aikanaha Project Phases I and II, located in Waikapu Country Town east of Honoapi‘ilani Highway, Wailuku, Maui, Hawai‘i.
