Recommending FIRST READING of Bill 107 (2023) to amend the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget by: 1) amending Section 3.B.6.a., Department of Fire and Public Safety, Administration Program, by decreasing equivalent personnel by 2.0 and decreasing Category A (Salaries) and Total appropriations by $82,884; and 2) amending Section 3.B.6.b., Department of Fire and Public Safety, Training Program, by increasing equivalent personnel by 2.0 and increasing Category A (Salaries) and Total appropriations by $82,884.
