Recommending REFERRAL of bills to the Council Chair for the term beginning January 2, 2025, relating to: (1) establishing a new Chapter 3.85, Maui County Code, creating the feral animal management fund; (2) amending the traffic code by expanding the volunteer parking enforcement program; (3) requiring certain business to maintain naloxone on their premises; and (4) amending Chapter 13.04A, Maui County Code, to authorize a community recreational gardens program.
