FIRST READING of Bill 21, CD1 (2023), to: 1) allow after-hours emergency airstrip operations at Kapalua Airport by amending the Conditions of Zoning under Section 19.510.050, Maui County Code; and 2) correct the tax map keys, property description, and acreage for Kapalua Airport; and 2. RECORDATION of the Unilateral Agreement.
