Recommending REFERRAL of resolutions to the Council Chair for the term beginning, January 2, 2025, relating to: (1) parking for electric vehicles; (2) initiating updates to the West Maui Community Plan in alignment with West Maui’s infrastructure plans in the aftermath of the August 2023 wildfires; and (3) providing for the establishment of the West Maui Hospital and Medical Center through the guarantee of State Special Purpose Revenue Bond issuance.
