"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI, REVENUES; CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS, OFFICE OF THE MAYOR, COUNTYWIDE; AND APPENDIX C, OFFICE OF THE MAYOR, COUNTYWIDE" The purpose of this bill is to amend the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget, by 1) adding "Other Revenue Source" in the amount of $29,927,529; 2) adding a new appropriation to Capital Improvement Projects "Johnson Controls Energy Performance Contract" in the amount of $29,927,529; and 3) amending Appendix C to add a new project and project description for Office of the Mayor, Countywide entitled "Johnson Controls Energy Performance Contract" in the amount of $29,927,529.
