"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE ZONING (CONDITIONAL ZONING) FROM INTERIM DISTRICT TO P-1 PUBLIC/QUASI-PUBLIC DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY SITUATED AT KAUNAKAKAI, MOLOKAI, HAWAII, TAX MAP KEYS (2) 5-3-003:013 AND (2) 5-3-003:014" The purpose of this bill is to grant a Conditional Change in Zoning from Interim District to P-1 Public/Quasi Public District for tax map keys (2) 5-3-003:013 and (2) 5-3-003:014, comprising of 5.27 acres, located at 375 Kamehameha V Highway, Kaunakakai, Molokai, Hawaii, for the University of Hawaii Maui College, Molokai Education Center.
