"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE COUNTY OF MAUI TO ENTER INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF HAWAII DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH" The purpose of this bill is to provide the Department of Planning with funds for training and capacity-building to implement multi-modal transportation safety policies and projects.
