"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI, APPENDIX A, PART II, OPEN SPACE, NATURAL RESOURCES, CULTURAL RESOURCES, AND SCENIC VIEWS PRESERVATION FUND" The purpose of this bill is to amend the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget relating to the acquisition of 104A Lower Waiehu Beach Road, Wailuku, for $500,000.
