"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20.20, MAUI COUNTY CODE, RELATING TO THE HIGHWAY BEAUTIFICATION, ABANDONED VEHICLE, AND TOURISM-RELATED TRAFFIC CONGESTION REVOLVING FUND" The purpose of this bill is to update references to the fund’s current name, the Highway Beautification, Abandoned Vehicle, and Tourism-related Traffic Congestion Revolving Fund.
