"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5659, BILL 62, CD1 (2024), RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE COUNTY OF MAUI ISSUANCE, SALE AND DELIVERY OF SAID BONDS (DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS)" This bill proposes to amend Ordinance No. 5659, to increase the appropriation for the DPW Baseyard Facilities Program by $4,200,000.
