"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE COUNTY OF MAUI TO ENTER INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF HAWAII, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH" The purpose of this bill is to to authorize the Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the State of Hawaii, Department of Health to provide access to data from reports related to violent deaths occurring in Maui County.
