"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 5546 TO CORRECT THE PLACEMENT OF THE DEFINITION OF 'NONDWELLING AGRICULTURAL CONSUMER'" The purpose of this bill is to correct the error in Ordinance 5546, which inadvertently placed a new Water Code definition in the wrong Maui County Code section.
