"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF HAWAIʻI, DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND TOURISM, AND THE COUNTIES OF HAWAIʻI, FOR THE HAWAIʻI CREATIVE ECONOMY COLLABORATIVE" The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Mayor or the Mayor’s authorized representative to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement to build a collaborative framework to advance workforce, facilities and infrastructure development to strengthen Hawaiʻi’s creative economy.
