"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE COUNTY OF MAUI TO ENTER INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE HAWAII HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, REGARDING A LONG-TERM GROUND LEASE FOR 175 EAST LIPOA STREET, KIHEI, MAUI, HAWAII" The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Mayor to execute the Memorandum of Agreement, Ground Lease, and Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants for 175 E. Lipoa Street, Kihei, Hawaii.
