"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI, APPENDIX A, PART II, SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUES - SCHEDULE OF REVOLVING/SPECIAL FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024, AFFORDABLE HOUSING FUND" The purpose of this bill is to add new conditional language under the Affordable Housing Fund to read as follows: "Up to $4,929,088 must be for a grant to Aina Lani Pacific, LLC for on-site infrastructure for the Kilohana Makai project at TMK (2) 3-9-004:141, Kihei, Maui, Hawaiʻi".
