"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.68.030, MAUI COUNTY CODE, ON AUTHORITY FOR FIRE HAZARD REMOVAL CIVIL FINES" The purpose of this bill is to amend Subsection 3.68.030(A), Maui County Code, to update an obsolete Fire Code reference for civil fines.
