"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI, APPENDIX C, DEPARTMENT OF FIRE AND PUBLIC SAFETY, WAILUKU-KAHULUI COMMUNITY PLAN AREA" The purpose of this bill is to amend the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget, Appendix C - Capital Improvement Projects, Department of Fire and Public Safety, Wailuku-Kahului Community Plan Area to update the project description for Administration Building Acquisition to delete "site selection and land acquisition to construct" and to insert "planning and conceptual drawings for".
