"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI, APPENDIX A, PART II, MANAGED RETREAT REVOLVING FUND, BALDWIN BEACH PARK" The purpose of this bill is to amend the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget, Appendix A, Part II, Special Purpose Revenues - Schedule of Revolving/Special Funds for Fiscal Year 2025, Managed Retreat Revolving Fund to add a new condition 3 to require up to $100,000 to be used for the removal of structures, tree stumps, and other debris impacted by shoreline erosion at Baldwin Beach Park.
