"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.41.080, MAUI COUNTY CODE, ON MINIMUM ISLAND REPRESENTATION FOR BOARDS, COMMISSIONS, AND COMMITTEES" The purpose of this bill is to provide greater flexibility in the residency requirements for the Board of Variances and Appeals, Fire and Public Safety Commission, Liquor Control Adjudication Board, Liquor Control Commission, and Police Commission.
