"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE STATE LAND USE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL TO URBAN FOR PROPERTY SITUATED AT KIHEI, MAUI, HAWAII, TAX MAP KEY (2) 3-9-001:034" The purpose of this bill is to amend the State Land Use District classification from Agricultural to Urban for the proposed Ohukai Light Industrial Park situated at Kihei, Maui, Hawaii.
