"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI, APPENDIX B, DEPARTMENT OF FIRE AND PUBLIC SAFETY" The purpose of this bill is to reflect Ordinance 5754 and to add fines and fees for the Fire Hazard Removal Fund in accordance with the Hawaii Revised Statutes §132-13.
