"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 5530 (2023), RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE, SALE, AND DELIVERY OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE COUNTY OF MAUI (DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION)" The purpose of this bill is to amend the Fiscal Year 2024 general obligation bond authorization ordinance by adding a new appropriation of $2,914,000 for "Lānaʻi Youth Center and Skate Park," for the Department of Parks and Recreation, Lānaʻi Community Plan Area.
