"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5530, BILL NO. 24, CD1 (2023), RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE COUNTY OF MAUI ISSUANCE, SALE AND DELIVERY OF SAID BONDS (DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION)" The purpose of this bill is to amend Ordinance No. 5530, to add a new appropriation under the Parks and Recreation for "Lānaʻi Youth Center and Skate Park" in the amount of $2,914,000 and to increase the total by the same amount.
