"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5530, BILL NO. 24, CD1 (2023), RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE COUNTY OF MAUI ISSUANCE, SALE AND DELIVERY OF SAID BONDS (DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION)" The purpose of this bill is to amend Ordinance No. 5530, to add a new appropriation under the Department of Transportation for the Wailuku-Kahului Community Plan Area, Government Facilities, entitled "Transportation Baseyard Facility" in the amount of $2,020,000 and to increase the total by the same amount.
