"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 5530 (2023), RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE, SALE, AND DELIVERY OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE COUNTY OF MAUI (DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION)" The purpose of this bill is to amend Ordinance 5530, to add a new appropriation under the Department of Parks and Recreation for "War Memorial Football Stadium and Track Rehabilitation" in the amount of $3,630,048.
