2. Council consideration to approve the purchase of (2) Ford Transit F-250 Cargo Vans from Lithia Springs Ford at the lowest quoted price. Not exceeding $99,500 as an emergency exception to the city's procurement code. FUNDING SOURCE: Budget Transfer/Fund Balance.
