(For property located in Council District 2.)<br>Consideration of a major zoning modification request for Parcel #S07A01100000 on the west side of Brush Creek Court to provide for a change to the previously-approved site plans for the Brush Creek Commons townhome developments, Phases 1 and 2 (which were approved for Zoning Modification Case #ZM-2024-01 and Rezoning Case #RZ-2024-03, respectively) and the associated Development Agreement by allowing the applicant to convert Brush Creek Court from a public street to a private street for the purpose of installing security gates at the project entrance. Applicant: Pivotal Enterprises, LLC. The property is located in Land Lot 59, District 12, and it contains 15.74 +/- acres for Phase 1 plus 2.28 +/- acres for Phase 2, for a total of 18.02 +/- acres.
