(Council District 5.)<br>Consideration of a request for a major zoning modification for Parcel #070-01022001 at the southwest corner of Highway 42 North and Tunis Road to provide for modifications to the zoning conditions comprising the Development Agreement for Rezoning Case #RZ-03-45-S. Purpose: To allow the development of a single-family detached residential subdivision. Property Owner: Henry Highway 42, LLC. Applicant: Shaker Reddy. The property is located in Land Lots 31 and 32 of District 7, and it contains 27.72 +/- acres.
2. Council consideration to approve the renewal of the landscape maintenance services contract with Yellowstone Landscape in the amount of $350,000.00. Funding source is from Government Buildings Department and Amphitheater budgeted funds.
3. Council consideration to approve contract renewal invitation to bid (ITB) number 16RFP101216- DRR – American Tank Maintenance, LLC – Full-Service Tank Maintenance Program in the amount of $61,419.00. Funding source is from the Water Department Budgeted Funds.
