  1. Council Consideration to approve the competitively solicited contract pursuant to Request For Proposals (RFP) No. 2026-0007, City of Stockbridge Comprehensive Residential Waste and Disposal Services with Waste Industries of Atlanta, LLC d/b/a GFL Environmental and the City of Stockbridge, authorizing the Mayor to execute same; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all administrative and budgetary actions related to the agreement in the amount of <strong>$2,450,000.00</strong>. Funding Source: Sanitation account number 540-45200-523991 (Sanitation Collections Outsource) in the Sanitation budget
  2. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Council Consideration to approve the Walt Stephens Trail Project Service Agreement in the amount of <strong data-pasted="true">$216,835.00</strong>. The PATH Design Team (PATH) will provide full professional services for surveying, landscape architecture, engineering, permitting, contract administration, and construction management for the 1.1-mile, ten (10) foot wide, concrete multi-use trail along Walt Stephens Road. The project begins at the SE corner of Walt Stephens Rd and Monarch Village Way, crosses Walt Stephens at the existing traffic signal, continues east as a ten (10) foot side path with five (5) to ten (10) foot landscape buffer, crosses I-75 via existing road bridge, turns into a private property to tie into the programmed trail by the proposed development on Flippen Road. The Walt Stephens Trail Project is a TSPLOST Project. Funding Source: TSPLOST I account number 335-42200-541447.
  3. Council Consideration to approve the purchase of furniture from HON Furniture in the amount of <strong>$123,530.35</strong> for the New Maintenance Shop. Funding source is from SPLOST VI account number 321-42200-541318

  6. Council Consideration to approve the award of lTB (Invitation to Bid) <strong>ITB NO: 2026-0012</strong> for the Country Club Drive intersection improvement awarded to East Coast Grading, lnc. In the amount of <strong>$1,078,067.00</strong>. Funding Source: TSPLOST I 335-42200-541408
  7. Council Consideration to approve Professional Pipeline to perform an emergency leak repair on North Henry BLVD in the amount of <strong>$69,100.00</strong>. The water main is seventeen (<strong>17</strong>) feet deep and because Highway 42 is a Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) roadway, they requested an expedited repair due to the leak's location and to possibly prevent further infrastructure damage or traffic disruption. Funding source is from account number 505-44200-522240 (Street Repairs) in the Water Department Budget.

Council Consideration to approve the award of lTB (Invitation to Bid) <strong>ITB NO: 2026-0011</strong> for the City's LMIG (Local Maintenance Improvements Grant) for Roads and Resurfacing to East Coast Grading, lnc. Funding Source: TSPLOST I <strong>$2,372,773.19 </strong>account number 335-42500- 541436; GDOT LMIG <strong>$389,362.75</strong>, GDOT LRA <strong>$260,854.32</strong> account number 100-42200- 522241 for a total amount of <strong>$3,022,990.26.
  9. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Council Consideration to approve the award of lTB (Invitation to Bid) <strong>NO: 2026-0010</strong> for the City's Landscape Maintenance Services to Gibson Landscape Services, LLC in the amount of $159,732.00. Funding Source: $107,520.00 from account number 100-15650- 522219 (Landscaping) in the Government Buildings budget and $52,212.00 from account number 565-61800-522219 (Landscaping) in the Amphitheater budget.
