  1. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Council Consideration to approve<strong> </strong>the first (<strong>1st</strong>) of four (<strong>4</strong>) one-year renewal options for Request for Proposals No. 2025-0007 with Crabapple Landscape Experts, Right-of-Way Maintenance and Other Services for the term of <strong>January 1, 2027</strong> through <strong>December 31, 2027</strong> in the amount of <strong>$197,040.00</strong>. Council approved the award through Resolution R25-1851. Funding Source: Account Number 100-42200-522000 (ROW Maintenance) in the Public Works budget.
  2. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Council consideration to approve the contract with Dianna Hunt & Associates, Inc. to provide acquisition services for approximately <strong>52</strong> parcels in connection with the Neighborhood Legacy Project right-of-way acquisitions in the amount of <strong>$140,400.00</strong>. Funding source is TSPLOST Account Number 335-42500-541436. - Presented by: Decius Aaron and Jeremy Andrews.
  3. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Council Consideration to approve Change Order No. 1 with East Coast Grading, LLC in the amount of <strong>$140,131.00</strong> for the resurfacing of the Merle Manders Conference Center parking lot. Funding source is from SPLOST VI account number 321- 15650-541331. - Presented by: Decius Aaron, Public Works Director.
