2. Request Council Authorization of a Resolution to Approve a lease of 33,123 square feet of Warehouse Space located at 6095 Boat Rock Blvd. with Reisman Properties, LLP, for a term of 36 months. The lease commencement date is December 1, 2024, and will expire on November 30, 2027. The initial fixed minimum rent is $6.95 per square foot ($19,183.73/month), which escalates at 4% annually thereafter. The total lease amount for the three-year period is $718,768.80. The source of funding is the General Fund.
