The General Services Department is seeking Council approval for a three-year single-source contract with Atlanta Office Liquidators, Inc., starting October 1, 2023, and ending September 30, 2026, with the option for two one-year renewals. The contract covers the purchase of office furniture, breakroom furniture, reception area furnishings, and accessories for the City of South Fulton facilities. The total amount for each one-year term shall not exceed $250,000.
