1. Request Council Approval of an alcohol beverage license application by 5245 GR Business LLC. D/B/A Quick Pick Food Mart has been submitted and is requesting approval for a change of ownership for the retail sales of beer and wine at 5245 Welcome All Road, South Fulton, Ga 30349. (Council District 3) Deferred from March 25, 2025 Council Public Hearing
2. Request Council Approval of an alcohol beverage license application by Roosevelt Food and Gas LLC. D/B/A Chevron Extra Mile has been submitted and is requesting approval for a change of ownership for the retail sales of beer and wine at 4285 Roosevelt Hwy, South Fulton, GA 30349. (Council District 3) Deferred from March 25, 2025 Council Public Hearing
3. The General Services Department requests Council approval of the shortlisted firms in reference to RFQ 25-01 Comprehensive Design Build-Fire Rescue Complex. Based on the Evaluation Committee scores, the shortlisted firms are (1) Reeves Young, LLC, (2) Catamount Constructors’ Inc., and (3) Parrish Construction Group. Each firm has been sent a notification letter informing them of their shortlisted status. The City will now begin the Step Two Phase of the process by releasing the RFP to the selected firms. As part of Step Two, each firm is required to attend a Mandatory Site Visit, Submit a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Proposal Fee, and participate in an interview with the Evaluation Committee and City Council

Based on the Evaluation Committee scores, the shortlisted firms are (1) Winter Construction, (2) Reeves Young, LLC, and (3) Carroll Daniel Construction. Each firm has been sent a notification letter informing them of their shortlisted status. The City will begin the Step Two Phase of the process by releasing the RFP to the selected firms. As part of Step Two, each firm must attend a Mandatory Site Visit, Submit a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Proposal Fee, and participate in an interview with the Evaluation Committee and City Council.
