- The Procurement Department requests Council Approval to award RFP No. 26-17 Tire Service and Sales to Southern Tire Mart, LLC and Snider Tire, Inc, to provide comprehensive tire services for vehicles operated by the City of South Fulton Fleet Management Department in support of the Police, Fire, Public Works, and Administration Departments. Services shall include tire installation, mounting, balancing, repair, replacement, and emergency roadside service to ensure fleet reliability, safety, and operational readiness. The initial contract term shall be for one (1) year beginning on the date identified in the Notice to Proceed, with the option for the City to renew the contract for up to three (3) additional one (1) year terms. Funding shall not exceed two hundred fifty thousand dollars (250,00.00) annually per awarded firm, for a combined annual amount not to exceed five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00), subject to approved departmental budgets.
