  1. Request Council Approval of a Professional Services Agreement between Paramount Consulting Group, LLC and the City of South Fulton, Georgia, for an amount not to exceed $140,000.
  2. The Public Works Department requests Council approval to enter into a Supplemental Agreement (SA) to the original Project Framework Agreement (PFA) for preliminary engineering commitments with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) for TSPLOST II project PI 0017995 SR70 from Lakeview Court to Westpark Place. The project proposes streetscape enhancements which include sidewalks on both sides of SR70/Fulton Industrial Blvd. The SA modifies the original PFA Budget Estimate with a total maximum reimbursable amount of Five Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($525,000.00).
  3. The Procurement Department requests Council approval to authorize a limited ninety-day bridge extension with BrightView Landscape Services Inc. for landscape maintenance services. The Third Amendment extends the current agreement from October 1, 2026, through December 29, 2026, to maintain uninterrupted landscape services while the City completes the competitive procurement and transition process for successor services. Total compensation under the amendment shall not exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00).

Request Council Approval Of A Resolution of the City of South Fulton, Georgia, authorizing the acceptance of a grant award from the Georgia Recreation and Park Association, in partnership with the Georgia Department of Education and the Georgia Statewide Afterschool Network, for the 2027 Building Opportunities in Out of School Time Grant in the amount of $61,000 to support the Parks and Recreation Department afterschool and summer programming; authorizing the execution of all required certifications and documentation; and providing for an effective date.
