1. Discussion of the Unified Development Code (UDC) Map Change Process As part of the UDC approval process, Mayor and Council will consider adopting a new zoning map. Staff is proposing that property owners be allowed to submit a “map change request” based on the proposed districts. As part of the process, staff will review each request and make recommendations for map changes to Mayor and Council. 2.
