Discussion of Proposed Stormwater Policies for Redevelopment 1) Discussion of the city's current water resource management objectives and permit issues required to analyze the city's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4), particularly as related to criteria for redevelopment. 2) Information about Low Impact Development (LID) practices that can be incorporated into project designs to efficiently satisfy permit requirements, and policy recommendations for two common forms of redevelopment: a) Small lots (typically residential properties being converted to commercial), and b) Large lots that do not currently satisfy all permit criteria.
