Information Items Recognition of the City of Roswell Finance Department Purchasing Division for receiving the National Purchasing Institute Annual Achievement in Excellence of Procurement Award FY 2011. The NPI award represents the seventh consecutive year the city is receiving this honor. The UPPCC Agency Certification Award recognizes small agencies with one to 11 employees, for 100% of its purchasing employees having earned the Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) award and/or Certified Public Purchasing Officer (COOP) award. Roswell has two CPPBs and one CPPO.
