Discussion of the Fiscal Year 2010 Budget. The purpose of this work session is to continue the discussion of the FY 2010 Budget. At the April 27th work session, staff was directed to identify a minimum of $3.1 million in reductions in the FY 2010 Budget and bring back to the Mayor and Council for review and discussion.
