- Mr. Rice requested the Board amend the agenda to add an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Georgia Department of Corrections to accept 15,000 cubic yards of dirt. Commissioner Bostick made a motion to amend the agenda to add this item. Commissioner Griner seconded the motion with all in favor.
