Walnut Grove Motion to revise the letter of stipulations that were attached to that zoning approval for the property located at Walnut Grove Subdivision (#20050391) on May 11, 2005, from John H. Moore, Moore, Ingram, Johnson & Steele, (ordinance attached) so as to revise the following stipulation to read: 16. Further, access to at least nine of the residences shall be accomplished by alley ways to the side or rear of same. All other stipulations shall remain in effect.
