24 Alexander Street Motion to approve modification of right-of-way documents whereby the city would return certain property to the property owner by Quitclaim Deed in exchange for the city conducting certain work as described in the attached memo. As part of this transaction, the property owner will accept the property “as is where is” six months following the completion of the installation. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute documents to carry out this motion, including a Quitclaim Deed from the city to the property owner, with all documents being subject to the final approval of the City Attorney and the Director of Public Works.
