Bus Shelter Lease Extension Motion authorizing continuation of the current Bus Stop Shelter Agreement, Contract/Agreement Number 1864, on a month-to-month basis with the provision that the City may terminate the agreement with 90 days notice. The annual fee for each shelter shall be pro-rated annually based on the number of days the agreement is in effect. This month-to-month extension shall end December 8th, 2016 or 4 months after Cobb County Community Transit System enters into a new and similar contract, whichever comes first.
