Speed Limit on Maxwell Avenue Motion to approve request by Council Member Johnny Walker that the speed limit be reduced to 25 MPH on Maxwell Ave. The sections that need to be changed are between Durham and Whitlock & Northcutt and Wright St. (The portion of Maxwell that is already 25MPH is the section between Whitlock Dr and Northcutt).
