Preston Chase Property Motion to approve the use of funds in the amount of $3,286,281.22 from the 2013 Redevelopment Bond Fund to purchase property known as Preston Chase located at 1034 Franklin Road, said proceeds shall be used to replenish the 2009 Parks Bond.
