Zayo Communications Overhead Utilities Motion approving variance from the underground utility ordinance, 5-4-160, for utility work shown on the following permit requests: 1. Zayo Communications project FGA23311 for overlash of existing fiber optic cable from Maple Avenue to Chestnut Hill Road. This motion does not grant a perpetual variance. Zayo Communications must relocate underground at their expense if other utilities at the location are moved underground.
